Some of the large fairs include Anuga held in Germany, SIAL in France, and Gulfood held in UAE. For Indian spice exporters, such fairs provide them with an opportunity to put up their products and look for more networks, brand recognition, and further awareness of their brands. These events discover any new trends in markets, and Indian exporters respond accordingly to increase their foothold to meet different consumer demands worldwide.

5. Promoting Organic Spices

It not only stimulates regional development but also introduces international buyers to the unique and exotic spices of India.

It trains its exporters on good manufacturing practices, Hazard analysis critical control points, and ISO standards in terms of international food safety requirements. The quality-centric approach is also that which makes Indian spices remain the most competitive, reliable, and preferred over others worldwide.
