Job Opening: UI/UX Developer

About Us: MYGST Refund, a brand of Fintaxicorn Solution Pvt Ltd, is a tax technology solutions provider that focuses on easing the GST Refund process for businesses. With over 200 clients across India, we have developed various solutions that have enabled us to process over 10Cr+ refunds with an average turnaround time of 30 to 45 days.

Responsibilities:
•    Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
•    Design graphic elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets, for our Tax Technology Product.
•    Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
•    Develop UI Mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the tool functions.
•    Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
•    Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
•    Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
•    Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
•    Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in Tax Technology company, with 4-5 years of experience.
•    Portfolio of design projects. 
•    Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc and InVision,Figma).
•    Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
•    Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
•    Good time-management skills.
